Our candles are hand-poured into mouth-blown glass vessels, using high-quality mineral wax and Grasse-distilled fragrances to ensure a superior olfactory experience and an elegant home aesthetic.
How do I ensure my candle burns evenly?
To prevent tunneling, always allow the candle to burn until the entire surface becomes liquid. For our larger multi-wick candles, ensure all wicks are lit simultaneously every time.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping options. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination. Free shipping is available on orders over a specific threshold.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit.
How should I maintain the wicks of my candle?
Wicks should be trimmed to approximately 6mm before every lighting. This prevents excessive soot and ensures a clean, controlled flame that preserves the life of your candle.
