At Baobab Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury home fragrance experience. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via our portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the candle or diffuser in its original gift box and shipping carton, ensuring it is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, making sure to keep a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item to ensure it is unused, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
